Discount Tire

I went into the store to get a tire checked, waited 10 min standing there was never greeted. Yes I understand your busy but greeting the customer as they walk in should be done and then when you need them to wait it would be nice if they said something like welcome in will be with you shortly, but no not one thing was said to me. It’s rude to leave a customer waiting without any communication. I have purchased several tires through discount tire and have never had a complaint. Maybe they just need a reminder.

I only go to discount tire because they really do have the best prices for the quality but I have to say the staff is what really made this experience amazing. Super helpful and friendly guys that weren't pushy at all. I've bought a lot of tires at discount tire over the years all with good servuce and this is by far the best customer experience I've had.

Just wow- truly wow! I want to thank the entire team at this discount tire in southwest Salt Lake City for going above with difficult wheel and tire situation after a new “used” BMW we got. Jackson was incredible and went so above to help us, protect us for safety and just a fantastic individual. Thank you so much and we are lifetime discount customers! Appreciate your help! This is the best place to buy tires, great service, caring staff, great pricing and their warranty is best in the business! Thank you!! Beau

I’ve been going to Discount Tire for the past 9 years, and they’ve always been consistent. I recently had new tires installed, and once again, the service was excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. They make the whole process easy and stress-free every time. Highly recommend!

First bad experience at a discount tires. Brought in some tires to get mounted and balanced. Something I’ve done at discount for years, just not this location. They were a little bit older, new old stock, properly stored and plenty of tread. They told me that they won’t service tires older than 3 years because that’s when they recommend tires should be replaced. When in actuality the recommendation on discounts website is 6 years and the company policy is to not service tires over 10 years old. My tires were under 6 years old. Tire rack will sell tires up to 4 years old due to manufacturers giving themselves 3 years to get tires into distribution and themselves a year to sell the tires. Tire rack even has discount as a recommended installer. According to this discount tire, they wouldn’t install brand new tires from one of their distribution partners because they’re older than the amount of time the manufacturer gives themselves to get the tire into inventory.
